WELCOME TO UNIVERSAL PMS!

Universal PMS:

-A sense of impending-ness

With all that is going on with us and around us, it isn't any wonder that so many people are walking around dazed, confused, tempers flaring, emotional outbursts of every kind for any reason and/or season. And have you noticed that patience is sorely lacking these days? More so than ever before?!!

And then there is this overwhelming sense of something is about to happen ... an impending-ness ... if you will. And though you are never quite sure what it is exactly that IT is coming ... you just know it is! So much so ... that at times ... it borders on paranoia! Of course, that is when you take it upon yourself to anticipate "it" ... whatever "it" is ... and it's every move.

You go around snapping at people, all the while they are staring at you with this deer caught in headlights look .... we're yelling at them for something usually so insignificant like having "that look" on their face or in their eyes ... which probably was just them going into shock by all the screeching, slamming doors and throwing things!

You throw a temper tantrum over someone not closing the door or picking up a gallon of ice cream that you failed to ask them to pick up on their way home or something else really minor; and then you get cranky when someone hasn't read your mind or anticipated YOUR every move and cater to your needs at that given time! All of which (and more) has you coming across like you are some escapee from the local mental hospital.

Okay, perhaps they did look like they were thinking things they shouldn't! And yes, maybe, just maybe they could have closed that door. And no doubt they could have at least called before leaving work or on their way home to ask if you needed anything! At least that is YOUR reasoning and justification of the events!

Then there is having to wait when we aren't really in the mood! Long lines, traffic lights, traffic jams, being put on hold, having to listen to your significant other, neighbor, kids, co-worker, yammer on and on and on about something that really has no bearing on anything important to you at that given moment ... and no doubt in your present state of mind ... never will.

You probably find yourself thinking all sorts of horrid things you could do to them as they continue with their endless chattering ... all the while mustering the strength not to actually carry your fantasies through!

It is like having PMS 24/7 isn't it?

Ladies ... the GOOD NEWS is ... Men are experiencing this as well!

Yes Gentlemen! You now have some measure of understanding of what we women go through most of our adult lives.

But why are these emotional ups and downs occurring?

In order to rid ourselves of the issues we keep hanging on to ... we must undergo the work of bringing them to the forefront, rooting them out and releasing them once and for all.

To achieve Emotional & Mental Balance ...

In order to gain understanding ...

And actually live in unconditional love ...

We must undergo the actual experience.

And to get the emotional and mental balance that leads to
understanding that leads to living in unconditional love we must:

(1) Work through what it is truly bothering us;

Now to do this ... means we have to take the time to really STOP! and THINK!

I do realize for many this could prove burdensome. However, while you are sitting there "thinking" that you have no time to actually stop & think ... you may want to consider the numerous repeats of situations that will most assuredly come along if you don't STOP & THINK things through! Don't just over-react because it is convenient or less work! Stop! Think! And allow the real reason to show itself.

And stop worrying about what the "other" person said and/or did! Or what they didn't say or didn't do! It will only serve to throw you off-balance. And this is what we are wanting to avoid!

(2) Release the old programming of how we act and react; 

This means we have to actually accept responsibility for our actions, act upon our knowledge and with sheer determination, kick those old ways of thoughts, words and deeds to the curb for good!

For the people in your life ... Feel free to suggest, point out or insist that they take responsibility for themselves ... whoever "they" may be ... but just keep in mind that chances are ... they won't or can't at that given moment!

In releasing the old programming ... we would do well minding our own business and keep our focus on SELF and just let the other person do the same!

Ever notice how much energy we spend on others? And we wonder why our emotions run out of control?

RELEASE! If you can't change it ... Let it Go!

(3) Acceptance & Allowance

This is the fun part! (and Yes, I know I am repeating things here). To gain a measure of emotional and mental balance, you must come into the acceptance that there are just some things you cannot change and/or control! So do yourself yet another HUGE favor ... get over it! You're not THAT powerful to force any changes on someone else!

In order to gain a level of understanding of the why's and how's you must Allow situations and/or people to flow naturally along their given paths.

You must Accept the fact that your are not in control of what other people do, how they think, react and/or act! Not YOUR Job! And it is certainly isn't any of YOUR business! So Accept it! Allow It! And get over it!

If you don't like what is being said and/or done ... and you have done all you know to bring about a change ... and it, she/he hasn't changed ... then Accept it, he/she for what it and/or he/she is! And simply Allow it to be!

Accept your decision to stay or to go. Allow it to be!

Accept THEIR decision to stay or to go. To be! Or Not To be!

Allow it just to ... BE!

(4) Bring about the true nature of who and what we truly are ... Spirit beings having a Human Experience.

Yep! You be a spirit being locked down in this human body. And no ... it's not a punishment! YOU Chose to come in here! So work it baby!

Just Do IT!

This is all boils down putting into practice (1), (2) & (3) above.

Again, for Emphasis!

Balance is what is needed . Understanding is what we must have. If we are balanced emotionally & mentally ... our body & spirit follow suit.

With Balance we come into a better understanding which in turns makes us better equipped to express empathy for others and through this we learn how to appropriately take action in thought, word and deed.

As we go through this time and time again until we eventually get the hang of it ... we discover what it means to truly live with Unconditional Love for others ... and for ourselves!

We cannot do this until we have literally walked the walk and talked the talk. And in this case my brothers & sisters, that means we all experience that little thing I endearingly call ....

Do Not assume that the depression you are experiencing is only a symptom of the Ascension Process! Clinical depression is a serious matter and should NEVER be taken lightly! 

While it very well may be that you are undergoing the ascension process, it is always important to get checked out by a medical professional. That way, you will have all your bases covered and you can move forward with the knowing that you are well on your way to becoming fully awakened spiritually.

Because of the ever constant changes our physical bodies are undergoing ... it isn't any wonder that our state of mind is out of sync and our emotions are seemingly out of our control!

We find ourselves more sensitive to everything. This hyper-sensitivity causes us to be happy & centered one moment ... crying or screaming the next. There is always something going on in our lives! There is someone always managing to set us off emotionally!

Our mental faculties seem to have abandoned us as well! We have no problem remembering what Joe or Maizy did 10 years ago ... but we can't seem to recall why we went in the other room 10 minutes ago!

We find ourselves distracted and not remembering why or what it was that distracted us in the first place. Yet we can recall the hateful attitude of someone at the store and bitch about that all day!

We have this sense of something about to happen. Yet we cannot sense why we got so upset over a sock on the floor!

My Sacred Script: Excerpt from The ZEN of Duct Tape™©

My Sacred Script

As I sit here and ponder My Sacred Script, it appears that another layer of my old self is being stripped away. 

And just like the other layers that were removed prior to this, I am experiencing a certain pain on this day.    This pain can be liken to the labor pains of a pregnant woman ... as I know I am about to give birth to a stronger and more improved being.

A Being that has stood the test of time and endured all trials and tribulations written out in My Sacred Script.   Challenges faced and overcome in order to obtain a higher status on a spiritual level.

My prize is one of Honor and of strength.   Honor in knowing I did the best I could, and for the most part, all with good intentions.  Strength gained by overcoming adversity.  All of which was written in My Sacred Script.  And through agreements made so long ago I have become wiser; and yes, stronger.

I hold no ill will towards any being who took part in plotting my destruction or who took part in trying to prevent me from moving forward.  I know that these beings were instrumental in my growth process.  They are, were, and continue to be, without a shadow of a doubt, the most important players on this journey.

For I now see through the eyes of my Higher Self that they hold an honorable position.  They who chose and agreed to play the part of being despised and hated for their seemingly wrong doing.  Now I can see no evil they did.  Through the eyes of my Higher Self I see a truly loving entity who took on the burden to assist me in becoming a stronger being.  They honored their agreement with me in acting the part of the 'villain' as was written so long ago in My Sacred Script.   

Then there are the Dark Ones who have crossed my path time and again, those entities who have no light in their lives.  Those creatures who maliciously, and with forethought and ill intent sought out and continue to seek the destruction of any Light Being.  I know now, and see clearly, that they too were written in My Sacred Script in order to prove not just to myself, but to any and all onlookers, that the bright shining light of Love cannot be extinguished.  And it does indeed conquer all!

Now as I sit and ponder these things in My Sacred Script I can see how very far I have traveled.  I can now see clearly through the eyes of my Higher Self how very far I have come.   Though there are those who would look at my journey and see defeat, I have had many victories.     Because I know that in My Sacred Script, failure is not nor has it ever been possible.

As I turn the next page of My Sacred Script, I see how far I yet to go on this journey before I finally make it home.  I turn the page knowing that  I am what I am because of  what I have learned.   And through my learning I have become stronger ... and will continue doing ... and yes ... growing ... by those things written in My Sacred Script.

For As It Was written...

The Empress on Predictions

To kick off my Blog  for 2012 --  I thought it befitting to focus on all the yearly predictions made.  In particular, I wanted to give “kudos” to all those psychics who  made not so much a prediction as they did a declaration to what 2012 will be bringing.   

One was ... I foresee the global consciousness changing and improving in 2012. 

Really?  He’s claiming that one as an original prediction?  *ROFL*

There is  this one psychic who claims that the entire political establishment will be done away with in 2012. 

One can only hope!

And then there are the ones “predicting” earthquakes, fires, floods, and hurricanes.  


Seriously? You mean to tell me that there is actually going to be … *gasps*  … earthquakes, floods and hurricanes in 2012???!!!  And fires??!!!  WHAT?!!!  Noooooo!

Come on people!  Let’s get realistic here!  These are not psychic predictions.  They’re predictions -- yes.  But there isn’t anything special about them. 

Predictions are nothing more than guesstimates … at best.  Guesstimates that are created and  gauged  by the current trends.  You have a 50/50 chance at being right! 

And the guy that made his so called prediction about the occupy movement?  Sweetie -- I am on record for making that very prediction years before it happened!     Doesn’t make me special in the least.    In fact, I know it was nothing more than a replay of something that had already happened in history.  Maybe not exactly the way it happened before -- but it was very similar.   Like all good psychics,  I just followed the trends, watched the “flight patterns” of the human condition … and viola! Made the prediction! 

Then there are the predictions made that are seemingly more involved with supernatural powers.  Like the nuclear power plant in Japan.    Hate to bust your bubble -- but any prediction made with respect to this --they  too were  guesstimates.   Nuclear power plants have a long history of going bad.   It was only a matter of time before Japan’s power plant went belly up!  Anyone doing research into these power plants could narrow down a time line and make a guesstimate as to when it would begin having issues.  Nothing supernatural or special about the prediction.  Again, you have a 50/50 chance in being right!

And the earthquake?   These are not out of the norm.   Not now anyways.  The earth is shifting -- literally.  Of course, anyone who actually knows anything about Planet Earth would know that she is constantly moving!!!  She is a Alive!  And is, and always has been, moving!     And consider the facts that we, as a whole, have been creating more fault lines, encouraging more and more earth shifts,  with all our mining, excavating and constant use of multi-ton vehicles.    It isn’t any real wonder that there are more earthquakes occurring these days.  

Anyone that knows geography  knows  that earthquakes occur in Japan regularly --most of which go virtually unnoticed.   And Japan is an island folks!    They have tsunamis!!!    Do the Math!

Speaking of constant earth quakes … California comes to mind.    I would love for someone to explain to me how is it that the people in that state get all shocked every year when there is a fire, a mudslide or an earthquake?    And what is it about psychics making predictions regarding this are hailed to be the best thing since sliced bread??!   

Now I know what you’re thinking (I’m psychic after all!).  You want to know why am I going on about psychics and predictions when I am a psychic reader myself.    Well, it’s simple really.  I am all about educating people.  As a psychic reader and medium, my primary job includes creating conscious awareness in as many people as possible.    In fact, this is the principal job description of anyone who is a bon-a-fide psychic reader and medium!

Shocking as that may sound!  It’s true!

There is nothing out of the ordinary about psychic readers and mediums.  Nothing unique about any of us really.  Except maybe our individual  style.  As far as being singled out and chosen, special in some “touched by god” sort of way  -- nope!

There is, however,  one thing that does  set psychic readers and mediums apart from the rest.  They are more consciously aware of the energies all around us.    Many of  us are very well read too!   And many of us  are also news and history junkies.   All of this  adds to the awareness and helps us to  be a better psychic reader!   Again, nothing supernaturally  out of the ordinary about any of us!

The actual word psychic is a Greek word meaning Soul!  So seeing how we are all souls -- that means what?  Yea!  That’s right!

Now being a psychic reader just means  you are a soul reader.  It literally means you are consciously aware of the energies exuding out from all the souls around you.  Being a medium means you are consciously aware of those energies emanating and interacting outside and around the physical world.

Yes folks!  It is really that simplistic!  And it is really that down to earth! 

So I hope when you hear of any predictions -- you’ll be educated enough to know -- there was a 50/50 chance of them being wrong.  And on the offset they are right more than they are wrong -- only means their awareness is more honed than others.  Nothing you yourself can’t do -- if you bothered to put forth any effort!

Now … in the spirit of making predictions *LOL* … I’m going to make a few predictions of my own.

In 2012 there will be ...

People who are  going to get pissed off by what I said here!  They will not have read it all the way through, make their judgments accordingly and set out to get angry with me, slander me and try their best to prove me wrong!  On the flip side  there will be a few who will agree with me and actually add to what was said here. 
 

And in closing ... as in times past ... There will continue to be those who blindly follow and there will be those who will take a stand and lead others into a higher consciousness.
