First Amendment: Freedom of speech 

Constitution: First Amendment: Congress shall not abridge "the freedom of speech.” 

 Shariah: Speech defaming Islam or Muhammad is considered “blasphemy” and is punishable by death or imprisonment. 

Robert Muise, AFLC co-founder and senior counsel, issued the following statement:

“Section 230 of the CDA confers broad powers of censorship upon Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube officials, who can silence constitutionally protected speech and engage in discriminatory business practices with impunity by virtue of this power conferred by the federal government in violation of the First Amendment.”  [emphasis added]

David Yerushalmi, AFLC co-founder and senior counsel, added:

“Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube have notoriously censored speech that they deem critical of Islam, thereby effectively enforcing blasphemy laws here in the United States with the assistance of the federal government.”  [emphasis added]

Yerushalmi concluded:

“It has been the top agenda item of Islamic supremacists to impose such standards on the West.  Its leading proponents are the Muslim Brotherhood’s network of Islamist activist groups in the West and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which co-sponsored, with support from Obama and then-Secretary of State Clinton, a U.N. resolution which called on all nations to ban speech that could promote mere hostility to Islam.  Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are falling in line, and we seek to stop this assault on our First Amendment freedoms.”  [emphasis added]

“Donald Trump’s vitriolic attacks against Megyn Kelly and his extreme, sick obsession with her is beneath the dignity of a presidential candidate who wants to occupy the highest office in the land. Megyn is an exemplary journalist and one of the leading anchors in America — we’re extremely proud of her phenomenal work and continue to fully support her throughout every day of Trump’s endless barrage of crude and sexist verbal assaults. As the mother of three young children, with a successful law career and the second highest rated show in cable news, it’s especially deplorable for her to be repeatedly abused just for doing her job.”


MY RESPONSE:   

FOX News you can stop with your lies and the BS now. 

People are waking up and are seeing through your CRAP! You are collectively a DISGRACE! I'm sure Walter Cronkite -- a true journalist and reporter--is rolling over in his grave over the lies and half-assed reporting FOX is now well known for. Get over yourselves! You are now nothing more than a poorly slapped together piece of Science Fiction!
 
And I wanted to add also...seeing how FOX overlooked Ms. Kelly's dreadful behavior during the debates...you have proven yourselves to be nothing more than liberal lap dogs--doing the bidding of your tyrannical master.   Ms. Kelly treated Mr. Trump horribly during those debates.  No respect whatsoever. And while I do not condone Mr. Trump's reactions...or as you put it...his sick obsession...I can't say that I blame him for lashing out.

As for Ms. Kelly, she is  typical of a liberal feminist who demands to be treated equal to a man, but cries VICTIM whenever she is bashed like one!   Her behavior has been, and is,  beneath anything fair & balanced!  Anything but respectable and honorable.    

 So puhhh-LEASE stop pissing on us and telling it's raining.  'Cause we Ain't buying it! Not Anymore!

Ms. Kelly needs to take some lessons in what it truly means to be UNBIASED. She should  go back to school and learn how to be a professional news reporter.   Or get off the air and go back to practicing law where being a habitual liar, being hateful and vindictive is acceptable and hailed as being the norm. 

 Because lying out right to the American People IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE! AND IT IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED AS BEING THE NORM! 

Because BEING VINDICTIVE & PERPETUATING LIBERAL PROPAGANDA IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED AS THE NORM!

Ms. Kelly and FOX needs to know, understand and commit to the knowing that this Double Standard nonsense FOX is now practicing it too is NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! 

So just deal with it!  And Get the hell over yourselves!

And as for you FOX News...you are a total let down.  Once upon a time you were the only ones who stood out  as you stood up for truth, justice and the American Way.  You have gone from fair & balanced to devious & biased. And  like the GOP you have evolved into nothing more than Liberal propaganda hot air.  And the American People are Finished With YOU!
