CONFIRMED!!!! Kayla Morris IS Home!

I can personally testify that Kayla Morris  IS back with her family and is safe!!!

 Kayla is the 15 year old girl  who went missing last Friday (August 30th) while waiting on her school bus.

 While I cannot divulge any more information,   I can state for the record,  how very thrilled I am that she's back home!

Cat Proved to Be a Meow-sive Threat to His Owners

A Portland, Ore. family called 911 after their baby was attacked and they were held hostage in their own bedroom. The attacker was Lux: the family's 22-lb. cat. Teresa Barker says the cat scratched her 7-month-old in the face, and when he was kicked for that, everything changed. The family grabbed the baby, their dog and ran to the back bedroom. That's when they called 9-1-1. "He's charging us," one of the family members said on the 911 call. "He's at our door. Our bedroom door." A moment later, the sound of a cat screeching wildly can be heard on the recording. "Did you hear it?" one of the family members says. "That was the cat!" "One moment, okay?" the dispatcher replied. "Yeah, I hear him. Keep your door shut, okay?" Police used a snare and were able to get the cat behind bars in its crate. The family is talking about getting rid of the cat. The baby is okay. Overcoming Failure

Failure. It can be quite an obstacle. Do you ever wish you'd done things differently? Or worry about failing again? I'd like to support you in reframing what failure means to you, with 3 suggestions: 1. Feel the feeling underneath the failure. Beneath your anger, frustration, or embarrassment about failure is often a lot of sadness. If you believe you failed, you may feel that you didn't get to meet your potential. Sadness is connected to that belief. You can't fully receive the gifts of the present moment with that sadness underneath it all. Allow yourself to feel sadness for a path you didn't get to take! Experience it.  2. Let go of the label. When something happens contrary to what we expect or desire, we often call it failure and then judge the experience as bad or wrong.
