In lieu of Khizr Khan' speech at the DNC  this past week.  I cannot stop the questions that kee p popping up .   And the one q uestion that comes to mind is,  (pe rhaps one of the most im portant question of them all) ... Well it's official! I'm not a very good American.   In fact, by toda y's sta ndards... I am a VERY bad American!  And here's some of the reasons why... I don't allow the media or Hollywood to sway my thinking.   I don't listen to the media and politicians' smear campaigns .    I do not go along with the status quo, majority rules or the mob mentality.  I nstead I really work through the freeze dried bullshit.   I research and really think things over before I decide for me and what's best for me.  I decide how I feel or don't feel; which product to buy, what political standing I take and so on.   Not the media, not social media, not the entertainment industry, not religion and certainly not politicians.  I Choose!  I Decide! For years I have practiced the art of remaining centered in the face of adversity.  In the last few months, I have stepped up that process in order to keep up with the on-going wave of negativity.  My spiritual modalities is a combination of various techniques I have learned over the years.  I use them three times daily (sometimes more)  in order to remain calm and centered.  And please know that what I am writing here is coming from a place of peace .  As I absolutely refuse to allow such energies as hatred to remove me from my place of joy.  I consider myself a tolerant person.  A lover of peace and harmony.  But when it comes to bigotry and hypocrisy my tolerance is non-existent and all gloves are off.  Does this make me worse than or less than those I oppose?  No.  Though the severely stuck on stupid would have you believe otherwise.  While I am not happy with the flooding of refugees into our country, I know ...

Gather yourselves together.   Your tribes, your families, your friends and those of like mind.  Gather yourselves together and be as one.   Stop struggling to reach the masses.  Step back and embrace those you are already reaching and those you've already reached.  Do not concern yourselves with those that have not been touched by your light.  Do not chase after those that do not appreciate what you are offering.     If it is meant to be, those that have not already found you, will most certainly find you .   Stop believing in the adage "the squeaky wheel always gets the oil ."     The oil is used to silence the squeak, but is not always taken seriously.  And the results seldom yield lasting results.
