There are many aspects to your spiritual awakening.  Each step is design to expand your awareness and improve upon your memories of who and what you truly are.   You are not a human striving to have a spiritual experience.  Quite the contrary!  You are a spirit being having a physical experience.  You can always tell the newly awakened.  They are stumbling around, confused and very unsure of themselves.   During this stage they latch on to whatever makes them feel more secure.  This is a natural process.  After all, you've only just begun and you have to hold on to something until you get your bearings.  Nothing to be ashamed of.   It is all part of your growth. Years back a brilliant documentary on spirituality and science entitled What The *&%$!? Do We Know?!   w as introduced to the world.   The whole movie was inspiring but the most memorable line in the movie was a question posed…   How Far Down the rabbit hole do YOU want to go? ​ In my humble opinion, I believe everybody should write at least one book and publish it!   No, it may never be a number one best seller.  But at least it was written and it was put out there for all to see and enjoy.  And that's an accomplishment you can live with! Well kiddies, I am five chapters away from completing  Book Two of the Children of the Luminaries trilogy.   (loud yell and lots of happy dances around the room).   I'm very excited.  Can you tell? In Book Two, we get to find out a few things.  Like who the hell are those two people hanging out in the shadow's of Tori's bedroom?  And what really happened to Tori's memory?  Where did the Twelve go?  Where did The Oracle and everybody else go to?   But most importantly...How the hell does The Oracle get to be a warrior any hoo? What inspired you to write Children of the Luminaries? Actually, the entire trilogy is based on the stories my maternal grandmother used to tell me when I was a child.    So this is a tribute to your granny then? Yes, as a matter of fact, it is!  Granny was this incredible storyteller and I wanted to share with the world the tales she passed on to me.   The trilogy also serves to mirror our individual spiritual growth; to bring awareness to the various issues that are taking place around the world.  How we treat one another, the animals, wildlife, forests, our waters and the lovely creatures who call it home, our beloved planet itself. The entire story reflects how, if left unchecked, negativity grows and flows leaving only death & destruction in its wake.
