Now more than ever...We all need to focus our calm, all of  our strength and love to to those filled with hurt, frustration and so much angst. Now more than ever... We must, with deliberate intention , cast a protective dome of loving energy around not only our nation, but the entire world. Now more than ever... W e must pray for those living in the darkness.  Pray that the light of the Divine Creators surround all who stand with so much anger in their hearts.  Pray for them.  Pray for them with all the loving intent you can muster.  Now more than ever... Use your love to embrace them, ask for the Divine to absorb their angst—absorb their hatred and jealously—and so on.  Pray that their eyes are opened to see the truth.  Not our truth…but THE truth.   So that all may be healed.  Now more than ever... Pray that those who have allowed their bitterness to motivate their hurtful actions  be given a calm heart and ca...

There are various myths surrounding forgiveness.   All of which can make it more difficult to do.  Even more difficult to live with. Before we begin, I wish to reiterate what forgiveness is not .   Forgiveness is not the condoning of any action and/or actions, words or deeds.  It is not about letting someone off the hook.  And it is certainly not an open invitation for the person who hurt you to come back into your life and everybody lives happily ever after.  Forgiveness is not about forgetting and pretending everything is okay. Forgiveness is not about taking the moral high ground Forgiveness is not about being Christian, Muslim, Jew or any other religious faction. So many times we feel that we are all alone in our feelings ... especially when it comes to our  doubts.  We feel that others are so much better than we could ever be.  We even believe that  they could never ever feel this way or that way.  It just isn't possible!  They (whoever "they" are) are just too strong and too confident to ever doubt themselves!  But when we allow ourselves to let Love in just long enough to express our inner most thoughts ... we see that we are not alone!  Why we actually see that the very ones who display so much strength, so much confidence, the ones we never believed it possible to ever have any doubts, felt the same as you!  Why they even considered giving up on their dreams at one time or another ... just like YOU!  Wow!  The clarity we get when we let just a little Love in!  Just a wee bit makes all the difference!  Don't it?
