On October 6,2009 Cuddles,  6 week-old kitten,  was tortured to death in Pennsylvania.  A group of men threw rocks at her and then put lighter fluid on her back and lit it.  Her whiskers and entire back was severely burned.   She was rescued by an animal control officer,but later died from her injuries.   Things like this have to be  STOPPED in EVERY SINGLE STATE!
