This year I made a conscious promise to myself that I would be well ... more conscious!  Once upon a time I was very conscious.  But my life started going every which way.  One distraction after another.  One let down after another.  And so on and son.   I just let the distractions of the physical take over.  Yea.  It happens to the best of us!  For me the distractions led to a near death experience.  Not the first NDE I ever had.  But it was the one that got me back on track.   That's what NDEs do after all.   It wasn't just the NDE though.   I kept getting these messages -- these signs to return to my truth.  Everywhere I turned there they were!
